Katharine Menning

Katharine Menning is both a self-published author and a current senior at UNWSP in Roseville, Minnesota. In 2021, she self-published her first book, "The One Who Paid It All: An Easter Devotional" and plans for many other books in the future when she isn’t busy with collage or working two part-time jobs.

As far as involvement with the stage and film, Katharine has participated in many of her church’s Christmas productions, both on stage and behind the scenes. She has written two Christmas pageants, “Prepare Him Room: The Innkeeper’s Story” and “A Promise Fulfilled: Simeon’s Story”. Previous acting experience includes the stage musical “The Happiest Millionaire”, the one-act “A Case of Anxiety”, a background actor in two episodes of “The Chosen”, and many skits at her church. Upon graduation, Katharine plans to be a middle school English teacher, with plenty of involvement in future theatre and film productions. She has been a long time, die-hard Chosen fan, and has quite a way with large groups of people: an essential quality for directing extras.
